Volunteers Needed!!

We need 3 parent volunteers to help coordinate Big Ten activities:

- Someone to establish a block of rooms in attempt to get all parents in one hotel.
   (Adds to the fun if everyone is together)

- Someone to coordinate the banquet on the last night of Big Tens (Saturday, March 2)
   Help and guidance will be provided to you by Mary Austin

   Contact Cheryl Grier to let her know you will do the job.

- Someone to create the DVD/PowerPoint presentation honoring our 2 seniors.
  The parents will forward you photos of the boys to put into the DVD.  Add music.
  This is a highlight on the last evening of Big Tens at the banquet.  A projector and cables 
   will be rented from the hotel.  (Doesn't have to be a parent; can be a tech savvy teen at home    
   or another swimmer.)  A sample can be provided.
